Are you 18 years old or older?
Sorry, the content of this store can't be seen by a younger audience. Come back when you're older.
Discovered and developed at the Longevity Institute of the University of Southern California, our technology is plant-based nutrition that allows the body to enter into a beneficial fasting state without triggering the cells’ nutrient sensors. As the name suggests, it actually mimics fasting…while still allowing you to eat food. This nourished fasting fine-tunes cells, supports healthy aging, and eliminates the need to do a water-only starvation fast, which can have negative side effects. Take your body on a 5-day journey towards renewal.
Macro & micro precision nutrition keep you in a fasting state.
FMD is a nutrition program that contains a specific ratio, amount, and composition of plant-derived protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates. The foods in the program nourish the body but do not trigger the cellular food sensors known as nutrient-sensing pathways. In a nutshell, the program allows users to eat while their cells remain in a fasting state!
Each ingredient has been carefully selected, to work together to keep your body nourished during these five days. All ProLon ingredients are tested and selected.
Trigger Autophagy - the magic of celluar rejuvenation.
Fasting, when done in a specific way, can trigger autophagy. Autophagy is a process in which the body cleans itself of tired, old cell parts and proteins, to make way for new, healthy ones. ProLon supports the body’s natural processes of intracellular clean-up and cell renewal.
During autophagy, cells recycle intracellular debris, and worn-out parts (organelles), so they appear to be younger versions of themselves after the fast.
Autophagy is so important to health and longevity that research in the subject was awarded the 2016 Nobel Prize in Medicine. Simply put, autophagy is your body’s natural, too-often-untapped system for replacing and renewing old, worn out cellular components.
